Location: Rockin' River Fest Festival Grounds – Site B
Rockin' River Fest is pleased to welcome Animal Rides Kingdom as part of our family entertainment programming. Site B has been designated for the operation of motorized animal rides and related activities during the festival weekend.
Site Fee: $200 per day
Booking Dates: Friday, July 24, 2026 and Saturday, July 25, 2026
Payment is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and approved by the festival.
All payments are non-refundable.
Vendor must notify the Event Coordinator upon arrival and check in prior to setup.
Vendor is responsible for providing all equipment, staffing, and operational supplies required for their activity. 1 power plug will be provided.
Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional operating area throughout the event.
Vendor must comply with all applicable municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.
The vendor must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance prior to the event. Proof of insurance must be submitted before final approval of the booking.
Insurance should include:
Commercial General Liability coverage
Coverage for all equipment and operations associated with the attraction
As the attraction consists of motorized rides and outdoor operations, weather conditions may impact operation.
The festival will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise directed by event organizers or public safety officials.
Event Organizers are responsible for determining whether conditions are safe for operation.
If weather conditions prevent Animal Rides Kingdom from operating for a booked day, the vendor will be eligible for a refund of $200 for that affected day only.
Refund eligibility will be determined by the Event Coordinator based on weather conditions and the vendor's ability to safely operate.
No refunds will be issued for reduced attendance, lower-than-expected sales, voluntary closure, late arrival, or early departure.
The vendor assumes all responsibility for the operation of their attraction, equipment, employees, volunteers, and participants. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rockin' River Fest, Miramichi Rock n' Roll Festival Inc., its directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Miramichi from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation in the event.
