Terms and Conditions (Please Read Carefully)
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Power and Water Acknowledgement
No electricity or water services will be provided by Rockin’ River Fest. Vendors must bring their own power and water supply if required, and all equipment must meet safety standards.
Exhibitor Check-In & Setup Policy
You must check in each day before setting up.
Setup is not permitted without check-in and payment confirmation.
Booths must be fully dismantled at the end of each day and re-setup the next morning.
No Refunds
All vendor fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather, cancellations, or vendor no-shows. Please ensure you are fully committed before submitting your payment.
Liability Waiver
Rockin’ River Fest, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Miramichi are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or liability that may occur during your participation. You are participating at your own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of your booth, products, equipment, and team.
Additional Policies
Payment must be submitted in full prior to setup.
You will be assigned a site number once payment is confirmed.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, signage, and permits (if applicable).
Anyone found on event grounds without registration or payment will be removed by security.
All vendors must comply with event rules, safety regulations, and applicable laws. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
